Abby Lee Miller may star on a reality show, but at this rate she could probably hold her own on a court drama!
The Dance Moms coach is used to winning competition trophies, but now she's starting to collect a couple legal wins as well!
A California judge has dismissed assault allegations from former cast member Paige Hyland.

The dancer claimed Abby had thrown a chair at her, but the judge wasn't buying that the young girl was actually afraid of the 48-year-old.
The judge said that even after the alleged attack, Paige remained working with the dance instructor for over a year.
In addition, the former Lifetime cast member didn't file the complaint until after her mother, Kelly, had issued her own claims.
However, Paige's lawyers are thinking about appealing the dismissal, so Abby might not be out of the woods quite yet!
Not all of Caitlyn Jenner's kids are dealing with her transition gracefully.
While the world has been on an inspiration high since Jenner's AMAZING speech at the July 15 ESPYS, Kylie Jenner is reportedly not as thrilled. According to a source, Kylie has felt more "alone" than ever following Cait's change.

A source explained:
"Kylie has not been taking this whole thing well at all and cannot come to terms with the fact that her father is now Caitlyn."
Hmm. Considering the youngest Jenner didn't show up to a recent Father's Day event, we're not surprised to learn she's feeling this way.
The insider added:
"Caitlyn has been getting more attention than anyone in the family and perhaps that is part of what bothers Kylie. But also she feels incredibly alone lately and is barely coping. She used to be daddy's girl but ever since her dad transitioned, Caitlyn does not seem to have the same time for Kylie that Bruce once did. It bothers her a lot and last night while everyone in the family was crying tears of joy, her tears were of sorrow."
We can understand why the 17-year-old is feeling left out — the 65-year-old is more in demand than ever! Long gone are the days that the Olympian was chauffeuring Kylie and Kendall Jenner around Calabasas!
We just hope Kyles will eventually come around to Caitlyn…we know there's a lot of love there. Hang in there, you guys!

James Holmes has been found guilty on all counts of Murder in the First Degree for the 12 people that he shot and killed during his July 20, 2012 shooting spree.
The news comes out of Centennial, CO after the 27-year-old's jury deliberated for 13 hours following his lawyers' attempts to plead insanity.
There are a total of 165 charges against James for his rampage during a screening of The Dark Knight Rises in Aurora, CO, including 12 deaths and 70 injuries.
While a dozen people were murdered, James has actually been found guilty of two counts of First Degree Murder for each victim; one with Extreme Indifference and one after deliberation.
Colorado has not had an execution since 1997, but now that James is in the sentencing part of his trial, he could be the first case in nearly two decades.
It's taken almost three years for the victims' families to finally get closure, but our thoughts are certainly with them now.

This is the first time two African American women have been simultaneously nominated for lead actress in a drama series!
And if that comes as a shock, sit the eff down! Because if either of the talented ladies wins, it will be the first time EVER a black actress has won in the category!
Considering the dearth of minorities represented in 2015's Oscar noms, this is a big step for the small screen!
