To say Seth Meyers killed it last night in his Late Night debut would be an understatement. He absolutely Dexter-ed in the ratings!
Hosting his first of many talk shows to come, Seth started off unbelievably strong, garnering an average 3.4 million viewers with a 1.4 rating in the key 18-49 demographic last night!
To put that in perspective, this was the highest rated Late Night in nearly a decade, including Jimmy Fallon's premiere in 2009!
Congrats Seth! You look great behind this new desk!

"It was hard when we became parents, because we had to balance our careers with this new person in our lives…[Having a baby] changed everything. It was tough at first. She was stressed. I took time off. I lost my mojo. After a while, we hit our rhythm and we are more in love and supportive than ever."
Meanwhile a source claims that one of the true reasons for the split was their

Shrek — a.k.a. the Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, and Eddie Murphy franchise that has raked in nearly $3 billion — is getting a fifth installment!
While Dreamworks has yet to go public with their timetable, the company's CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg has just reassured the world that the fiercely funny animated fairy tale will get at least one more sequel!
Sure, it's been four years since Shrek Forever After stormed into theaters, but apparently that's all part of their master plan!
Mr. Katzenberg confessed:
