The world is on FIRE about what some are calling the best episode of Kitchen Nightmares ever (clip above!) — and the only episode where Gordon Ramsay refuses to help the owners, as they are too far gone.

We can only hope the charity One Direction is donating tour proceeds to isn't filled with teen girls — we don't know if they could handle the excitement of both a donation AND it coming from 1D!

They'll be giving part of their ticket sales to the Stand Up To Cancer organization, which we've talked about and supported in the past!

In fact, they're donating 77 cents from every seat sold on the U.K. and Ireland leg of their upcoming Where We Are tour, which kicks off next May, with the total expected to exceed $310,00 (£200,000)!!

Apparently Tim filed some legal docs asking the judge to put a HOLD on his divorce case! Why? Because he's too busy playing basketball to properly give his attention! He wants the judge to wait until the San Antonio Spurs clinch the NBA championship!

The docs say the following about his job:

Jay-Z is following his dream of representing as many sports stars as he can, as he systematically is going from sport to sport snatching up some serious talent!

The newest sport — after basketball and baseball — is football! He just signed rookie QB Geno Smith!

If the 'B' in Mel B's name happens to actually stand for either "butt" or "boobs" then we stand by our statement that they look GREAT in a bikini! LOLz!

The former Spice Girl and husband Stephen Belafonte were spotted doing anything but watching movies at the Cannes Film Festival. Mel was wearing the hell out of a blue and white bikini, and they spent the afternoon eating, kissing, and Mel was even at one point sitting on top of her husband!

Seems like the comfiest place to sit!
