Her new trainer has her kickboxing and lifting weights for an hour a day, six days a week. It’s paying off in a big way, and she’s even having to eat more because she burns so many calories a day.
"The guys are like, 'You eat more than we do!' It's kind of crazy. I eat food for the energy, and obviously I have to eat a lot because I'm burning so much."
Even though she’s eating a lot, she’s careful to make sure that everything she puts in her mouth is healthy. She eats six separate meals throughout the day, which typically consist of apples, almond butter, celery and hummus, as well as steak, fish and turkey. Altogether that mix creates a perfect balance of protein, healthy fats, and low carbs.
