How Jersey Shore's JWoww Lost 20 Pounds In Three Months!

You would too if Playboy offered you $400,000 to pose in a fully nude photo spread!

According to In Touch Weekly, JWoww has made some major life-improvements since season one of Jersey Shore.

“She’s made working out a priority,” said an insider, who added that she gained some weight during the first season. “She was partying, traveling and doing club appearances, so she didn’t have as much time to take care of herself.”

JWoww’s boyfriend is partially responsible for her weight loss, as he reportedly works out frequently.

“He loves to work out,” reveals the insider. “So they do it together.”

JWoww hits the gym for almost two hours, six days a week, doing both cardio and weight training. For her diet, a typical day will include homemade soup, protein shakes, salad, and chicken or tuna. She keeps simple carbs at a distance and always ops for whole wheat.

According to sources, JWoww’s in a much better place emotionally that she ever has been.

“She has more of a schedule and has gotten used to things. She has goals for herself, and everyone is telling her how amazing she looks.”

We agree — she looks great, and it’s easy to see why. That workout routine is intense!
