Tiger Woods’ Manager Filing Extortion Charges
We reported earlier in the week that Agate Printing is filing a lawsuit against IMG, the management company that oversees numerous sports clients including Tiger Woods, and it’s owner, Ted Forstmann, for using insider information to make bets.
Apparently, Forstmann wasn’t too happy about that, and has gone to the LAPD demanding an extortion investigation over the lawsuit.
An internal memo outlined the company's plan of action:
"We intend to hand over all of the relevant information to the appropriate criminal authorities and to ask them to prosecute this individual [Agate] to the fullest extent of the law."
Things are getting tense! Sports are fun on the outside, but what goes on behind the scenes is ugly!
