It's hard to believe that Top Chef's Padma Lakshmi gave birth last February because she looks SO great!
How can someone stay in such fantastic shape after having a baby? Here's Padma on her post-baby workout:
"I woke up at 6AM, I nursed. Then I ran up and down 70 flights of stairs. Then I had breakfast, then went to the gym and lifted weights for an hour. Then I walked home."
Wow. We're exhausted just READING that! Such an intense workout!
Don't beat yourself up if you have trouble matching Padma's 70 flights. She's def some kind of superwoman!
We definitely approve of her daily workout schedule. Always a good idea to get into a consistent routine.
Keep it up, bb! You're an inspiration to all of us!
