Fitness trends come and go, and every year there seems to be a new miracle workout that’s better than whatever there was before.
Experts have polled fitness gurus around the country and the consensus for 2011 is that pilates, which has been popular for a few years now, will be phased out.
What’s taking its place? Bootcamp, the fast-moving calisthenics-based interval workout!
There are advantages to each type of workout, but what matters most is that you’re doing SOMETHING! If you still enjoy pilates, do pilates. If you’re ready for something new, try out a bootcamp. There’s no perfect workout — as long as you’re staying active and eating healthy you’re on the right track!
