While living with her Bachelorette beau Roberto Martinez, she packed on few pounds by copying his eating habits. "He eats pizza and ice cream and I'm like, 'Give me some!'" said Fedotowsky. "Then I realized my clothes didn't fit." She then started eating five small meals a day and training for a half-marathon. "I've lost 10 pounds in the past two months. I have a year to train, so no excuse to run 12-minute miles. I have to get it together!"
The Weight Watchers Spokesperson has lost 60 pounds on the diet, and another 20 afterwards by watching her calorie intake as well as the fiber and fat content in the food she eats. Exercise has also become part of her routine. Said her trainer Harley Pasternak. "I had to pull teeth to get her to walk," the fitness pro recalls. "Now she outruns me!"
Kendra Wilkinson has been fighting her baby weight ever since she gave birth last December. While pregnant, Kendra says she "was ordering Greek salads just to eat the feta cheese. You can't get a salad just to eat the bacon!" She’s now lost 40 pounds by cutting calories and taking Revolution Abdominal Cuts fat-burning supplement.
