Men’s Health Editor-in-Chief David Zinczenko has a night-time job of picking out better food for you to eat by writing the popular Eat This, Not That series. But you can’t find healthy food without also finding out the food that’s terrible for you.
"You have to be careful at Applebee's, to avoid the fat-splosion. The provolone-stuffed meatballs with fettucine is 1,500 calories, the equivalent of eating 148 Whoppers Malted Milk Balls (nearly two-and-a-half 5-oz. boxes)! You might be better off going with their spicy Diablo pasta dish, saving 1,000 calories and two full days of saturated fat."
"If you are heading to KFC, stay on the grilled side of the menu. Instead of the Double Down, which is bacon and cheese between two pieces of fried chicken, get the grilled Doubleicious and save 160 calories."
Is there anyone in the world who can list off calorie counts like this guy?!
