Hmm, this seems like a bit much.

They’re doing Pressed's most basic Juice Cleanse, which is a three-day cleanse that involves six juices a day.
While cleanses can have a place, you have to be careful! Sometimes gradual changes in your diet can be more effective than a drastic cleanse!
