Apparently Jenny Mc's trick to a hot body is hot yoga. Hot aka Bikram yoga a form of old school yoga that's ideally practiced in a room heated to 105° with a humidity of 40%.
Yikes!

Jenny love it so much she built her own Bikram Yoga studio at her house!

Jenny lost it all sweating it out in yoga three times a week and watching what she eats - Literally, she follows Weight Watchers!
