Fitness magazine just conducted a survey of 2,400 women and found that 51% of them would skip sex for a year if it meant they’d be skinny by the end of it.
The rest of them said that they’d rather be overweight and still have sex.
The survey also found that 43% of women skip meals regularly, while 39% have gone on a crash diet and 20% exercise daily for two or more hours at a time.
These are all extreme measures! Consistent healthy eating and regular exercise is the way to lose weight!
One of the MOST IMPORTANT things everyone needs to know about living healthy and losing weight is that it TAKES TIME. Not only that, but it SHOULD take time. Crash diets and rapid weight loss are quick fixes and are hard to maintain. Start making smart decisions today and do it over a long period of time. DON’T make drastic choices with your body!
