Skin Savers – Zap zits with omega 3 fatty acids found in tuna, halibut, and sardines. Some other great foods for healthy, clear skin include apples, broccoli, spinach, carrots, sweet potatoes and red peppers. These are high in vitamin A which is an antioxidant that protects our cells from damage.
Beat Bloating – Wipe out water retention by eating kiwi fruits, celery, sweet potatoes, and cucumbers. If you’re feeling a bit-backed up, start eating fiber-rich foods including apples, artichokes, oranges, and beans. Always drink plenty of water during the day to help stay regular and hydrated.
