He called addicts and people in Alcoholics Anonymous "losers" who wish they had his life. Conversely, he thinks of himself as a "winner."
Sheen did admit that there have been some close calls with drugs where he felt as though he could have died:
"I can't be in denial and say it wouldn't have gone sideways at some point… There's a couple things I wish I hadn't started. One of them is smoking cigarettes."
Charlie says that he wants to tell a more positive story about the events that have been happening around him lately:
"I just think it's important that people hear the truth and they hear it from me because I am at the dead epicenter of every single moment."
Charlie is obviously ill. There’s no reason for him to call addicts and AA attendees losers! They have enough problems as it is, Charlie!
