Steve Halsall, entrepreneur and celebrity fitness trainer, is a big advocate of working towards incremental changes in your body over a longer period of time.
"For example, giving yourself a couple of weeks to get yourself and your kitchen organized so you can eat more healthily. Or give yourself a goal of two weeks just to start getting breakfast sorted out as the most important meal of the day; for example, making sure it's a healthier choice."
Steve emphasizes that change will not happen over night, but if you make good choices and STICK WITH THEM over time you will achieve your goals. Persistence is vital!
