Feeling a little drowsy? You may be low on CoQ10, an enzyme that’s present in almost every cell of your body.
Here are some reasons you may have a CoQ10 defieciency:
– Statins (cholesterol lowering meds) "[Co-Q10] is recommended to people on statins to off-set the CoQ-depleting effects of the medication."
– Presence of Disease.
Here are some potential benefits from taking a CoQ10 supplement:
– Boost energy and stamina.
– Support cardiovascular system.
– Support immune system.
– Antioxidant properties of CoQ10 can reduce aging by combating oxidative stress from free radicals.
