I'm a student with a budget and not a lot of free time. What are your tips for a healthy diet that I can do quickly and easily? Thanks!
There's a lot of great budget friendly foods out there that will let you stay on track to reach your fitness goal. Some of my favorites are:
Canned salmon they run about $1.99 so super cheap and they are a great source of protein, good fats like omega 3 and the bonus is most can salmon is wild. How can you beat that? Also cans of tuna which are another great source of protein but be sure to limit tuna to only once a week because of the mercury content. Frozen Veggies are great to stir fry and are very convenient and get frozen when they are at their absolute freshest!! Egg whites and of course oatmeal both are cost effective and super healthy too!
