As if we needed further proof that these so called "natural male enhancement" products were a pill sized scam, one of their biggest spokespersons is extending a LARGE lawsuit to them because they didn't pay up!
NASCAR driver Robby Gordon is suing the company behind the popular male enhancement brand Extenze for over $690,000.
The driver claims he inked a deal with the company to promote Extenze by placing the logo on his car for mutually agreed upon races in 2010 and would be paid $230,000 each time the logo appeared on the car.
However, the male enhancement company never held up their end of the deal and he never got paid!
Does this company hold up ANY of their promises?
El Lay court documents state:
"despite demand for payment, no part of this sum has been paid, and there is now due, owing, and unpaid by said defendants an amount not less than $690,000 with interest thereon at the maximum ate allowed by law."
That's a pretty big hit to the company that boasts big results below the waist.
Maybe this will teach them a thing or two about delivering false promises.
