Kenny Rogers Roasters, a fast food chicken chain owned by the country musician Kenny Rogers, operating mostly in Asia, is encouraging its customers to stay fit with the 6th Roasters Health Watch.
Roasters Health Watch is an eight-week, health management programme which provides 10 participants in Malaysia with a chance to go through a health and fitness transformation through proper exercise and diet which Kenny Rogers Roasters will provide up to three times a week.
A representative from the company said:
"The Roasters Health Watch was designed to show people that their health and fitness goals are attainable with commitment and discipline."
Partnering with Celebrity Fitness, two local Malaysian celebs will join the contestants and say:
"This is a truly unique opportunity for people to take charge of their fitness goals. The Roasters Health Watch really provides all the tools you need to conquer your health and fitness challenges."
We're glad to see that fast food joints overseas are being proactive in fighting obesity in their country.
In fact, we wish that more franchises in the United States would take their cue!
