Donation Fun Created For Abused Giants Fan

Giants fan Brian Stow is in the LA hospital after two Dodgers fans beat him senseless following Opening Day at Dodger stadium.

After the game, Stow and a friend were leaving the stadium when two men wearing Dodgers jerseys began taunting them. The taunts quickly turned physical when one of the men hit Stow in the back of the head, causing him to fall and smash his head on the concrete. They then proceeded to kick him while his friend ran away.

He underwent surgery in the hospital and is under intensive care. His attackers are still on the run.

This is idiotic.

Baseball is a GAME!!! Obviously not all baseball fans resort to this behavior, but many baseball fans are guilty of hateful taunts against opposing teams.

Remember, not everyone has the self-restraint to keep themselves from acting out violently.

Keep rivalries fun, and keep tragedies like this from happening again.

Stow's Bay Area co-workers set up a fund to help pay for his medical care. If you want to donate, go to at any bank listed at www.CUSWIRL.com or Common Wealth Credit Union and donate to account number 118881 at Common Wealth Credit Union.
