The busy mother of 3-year-old twins, Max and Emme, said:
"I've always been athletic and really enjoyed that. And I've never been a big eater which always works in my favour, but since I had the babies, it's been harder. Your body does change. Not too drastically, but I definitely have to work harder and watch what I eat more."
Well, for what it's worth J-Lo, we certainly haven't noticed because you look great!
The American Idol judge noticed one of her biggest changes was her stomach, saying:
"I've never had to work on my stomach before - it was like, concave, I was a lucky person - but since the babies, I do. I really have to work on it."
It sounds like J-Lo is finally feeling our pain! Ha!
In order to compensate, the singer has stepped up her workout routine to include not only running 5 days a week, but dancing as well! A source explained:
"She has one of her choreographer friends meet her at a studio three times a week, where they put on loud Latin and pop music and dance and sweat for a full hour.”
It sounds like J-Lo's secret to looking so good is just letting loose and having fun while working out!
Figure out what kind of physical activities you enjoy, work them into your weekly fitness routine, and you'll enjoy the results as much as you enjoy the activity!
