Technology is magic, as far as we’re concerned!
A new iPhone app can take a picture of any food and give a calorie-count for it on the spot.
MealSnap takes a picture of the food and then matches it with some of the 500,000 food items stored in the app.
Said Andy Smith, chief executive of DailyBurn, the company that made the app:
“The pure act of tracking something can cause a psychological change that can help people on their health and fitness journey. Just the simple fact of logging it makes me more aware of what I'm eating.”
This sounds like an awesome app!
