You ever wonder if those peeps you see using a napkin to blot the grease off of pizza slices are actually getting any healthy results?
Turns out, they're not crazy and are indeed saving calories. However, in the grand scheme of things, not a whole lot of calories. Doctors say the napkin probably absorbs between 20 and 50 calories.
Experts suggest eating a salad beforehand and cutting the pie into smaller slices to avoid overeating.
Also, try ordering thin or wheat crust, while skipping fatty toppings like pepperoni and sausage in favor of veggies.
