Pinkberry’s frozen yogurt is taking the world by storm, and Starbucks is here to help!
The frozen yogurt chain currently has 122 stores in eight countries, and hopes to open 30 more international locations.
Pinkberry has been lucky to be associated with Starbucks in many of its locations, which has helped drive traffic to the stores. Further Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz sits on Pinkberry’s board.
"Consumer brands have to look at the landscape through a global lens, as opposed to the domestic lens that Starbucks started from 40 years ago."
Pinkberry’s highest volume store is in Kuwait, so they definitely understand the importance of going abroad.
