The meat packing industry has a secret — they use “meat glue,” a compound that causes blood to coagulate, to “glue” together scraps of unused meat and resell is as prime cuts.
The other problem is that meat-glue meat contains a ton more bacteria than regular meat, even after it’s cooked.
This needs to be regulated. ASAP.
