Tiger Woods can’t seem to catch a break.
After playing just nine holes at the Players Championship on Thursday, he withdrew from the tournament due to leg injuries.
This is the second year in a row that he has left early.
Tiger Woods had taken a couple weeks off to let his leg heal, and thought he was in good enough shape to make it though this tournament, but his limp became worse and worse with each hole he played and he eventually had to call it quits.
"The knee acted up and then the Achilles followed after that, and then the calk started cramping up. Everything started getting tight, so it's just a whole chain reaction."
Hopefully his leg heals, otherwise Tiger might be looking at even more time off golf..
