Britney Spears has been working her BUTT off (literally) to get back into shape. And now she’s chosen a new trainer to help her get ready for her Femme Fatale summer tour.
Derek DeGrazio will be working out with Brit Brit and making sure she’s stays in tip-top shape.
Says a source:
"Derek is working out with her every day and helping her with nutrition. She's rehearsing five hours a day, six days a week. [Britney's workouts include] 25 to 30 minutes of interval cardiovascular routines on treadmills and 25 to 30 minutes of strength training using free weights, bands and bars."
