Kourtney Kardashian looks AMAZING in a two-piece on this month’s cover of Shape!
In the interview she discusses her family, getting in shape after a pregnancy, and her trouble spots.
On her family and exercise:
"My family has always been into exercise. My dad used to tape episodes of Seinfeld and Friends and watch them in the morning while he was on the treadmill."
On getting back in shape after having a baby:
"Women always ask me how to get back in shape after having a baby. I always say, ‘Know when's the right time for your workout and commit to doing it.' For me, I have to get up at 7 a.m. every day, before everyone else, leave Mason in bed with Scott, and go for a run. Thirty minutes of cardio is right outside my door."
On her trouble spots:
"The first place I gain weight is in my rear end. I love my butt, but I have a tendency to get saddlebags there, so I need to watch it."
