61-Year-Old Diana Nyad To Swim Non-Stop From Cuba To Florida
This video is so inspiring!
Diana Nyad is planning to fulfill her dream to swim the 90 miles and 65 continuous non-stop hours of ocean between Cuba and Florida.
When questioned about her decision to make this journey at her age, she replied confidently:
“I think 60 is when many people hit their prime. We elect many of our presidents in their 60s. At that age, people are full of ideas and their best self. I wanted to dig into my potential and bring out my best self.”
