According to a new study, it’s more effective and cheaper to go on Weight Watchers than to take diet advice from your family doctor.
Let’s be honest, most people aren’t regularly getting diet advice from their doctors. Almost EVERYBODY’S on a diet these days.
The study found that people who went on Weight Watchers lost nearly twice as much weight as those who followed their doctor’s advice.
This doesn’t mean you should ignore your doctor’s advice, but if you’re just trying to lose weight, you should try doing it on your own first (with Weight Watchers, or something similar).
