Soda’s Negative Effects On Your Body

We all know by now that drinking soda is bad for you — but the long-term effects of drinking soda are worse than just a sugar crash.

Here are some of the things you can expect if you drink soda everyday:

You will be fatter: According to a study, drinking a single soda every day of the week adds 10 pounds over a four-year period.
You’ll probably have diabetes: People in the study who drank soda daily were twice as likely do develop diabetes.
You’re Much More Likely to Develop Heart Disease: According to a study, people who drank two sugary beverages per day had a 40% higher risk of heart attacks or death from heart disease.
You’re Probably Also Less Healthy In Other Ways: Studies have found that people who drink soda regularly also tend to live an overall unhealthy lifestyle.

The bottom line: Don’t drink soda!!
