There is a reason people have been calling breakfast the most important meal of the day for decades — because it IS!
In fact, eating a balanced, high-protein meal in the morning was proven in a study at the University of Missouri to help reduce hunger throughout the day.
Unfortunately, breakfast is often the first meal we'll skip in favor of extra sleep before we rush out the door in the morning, but experts adamantly advise against it.
Research has consistently found that skipping breakfast leads to less control of hunger as the day goes on and practitioners of the bad habit often eat up until they go to sleep at night.
Experts suggest that dieters give a protein-rich breakfast a shot. Unsurprisingly, those who do usually admit their cravings for food throughout the day decrease significantly and as a result, may lose more weight!
A balanced breakfast may be the key for a better body!
