Body Tips From Victoria's Secret Models!

Victoria's Secret models are a rare breed, and we shouldn't necessarily want to mold ourselves to look exactly like them, but, that doesn't mean they don't have good tips to help keep in shape!

Bar Refaeli: Stay away from fad diets! The only things she needs to do is stick to salads and chicken for a while and stay active. She doesn't trust things like atkin's or the cabbage soup diet!

Miranda Kerr: She might be a new mommy, but she has a pretty simple approach to keeping fit! Her idea is just to stay natural. We're talkin' all natural and organic foods, lots of veggies and steamed fish for her!

Gisele Bundchen: Also a mom, she followed the Dukan diet. "The four stage plan originates from France and starts with a protein only diet and gradually increases healthy carbs like fruits and veggies."

Brooklyn Decker: Lift those weights! She does free weights multiple times a week (3 times). She says it makes her leaner!

Alessandra Ambrosio: Three words — Brazilian Butt Lift! Apparently it's a class offered at Leandro Fitness in NYC, but it may be offered elsewhere as well. It's a mix of Brazilian martial arts and samba dance! Apparently it's fun AND you're getting a ton of exercise!

It's really interesting to hear from so many ladies from the same profession give wildly different reveals on their personal methods!

What we take away from it is this: Find what fits you best! There are many different avenues, so there's no reason to get bored with what you do! And STAY ACTIVE!
