In her July Vanity Fair interview, where the Amazing Spider-Man actress showcased her effortlessly stunning bikini body on the cover, Emma took a jab at the famous trainer's diet and fitness advice, saying:
"That diet, have you seen it? It's like: Eat this diet, which is a palm-size piece of chicken and some beans, and work out two hours a day for the rest of your life."
Ha! We guess Emma is one client Tracy Anderson will never get.
To be FAIR, we know Anderson's tactics may be tough and they're definitely not for everyone, but they DO work for people!
Despite her negative spin on Hollywood diets, Emma does admit that due to her rising personal profile she is more conscious" of staying thin". However, she's doing it her own way and says she enjoys rock-climbing at Chelsea Piers in NYC, but revealed lifting weights and pilates "brings out anger" in her!
Uh-oh. Stay clear of this chick's temper when she hits the gym! LOLz!
We're only kidding, gurl! Whatever workout you're doing seems to be working out just fine, so keep it up!
