Victoria Secret model secrets

Last week, Victoria's Secret models Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge and Erin Heatherton cycled for cancer at SoulCycle gym in New York City.

While it doesn't always benefit cancer research, cycling is a great way to stay in shape! In fact, the activity is part of the reason Alessandra manages to look so good!

The 30-year-old mom hopped on a bike to lose baby weight after having her daughter three years ago. Now with that weight long gone, she focuses on maintaining her body, saying:

"Right now I'm set. I just keep my figure with pilates and yoga."

Newlywed Lily hasn't needed to shed any baby weight yet, but says she keeps in shape by staying active and having fun, explaining:

"I do a lot of pilates and kick boxing and tons of crunches and leg lifts. Whatever I can do to change things, stay active, and just have fun."

The youngest Angel of the group, Erin, shared she just discovered the wonder of yoga, saying:

"I just started doing yoga, which I'm obsessed with. I can't believe I waited this long to do it."
