Jenny McCarthy's Weight Loss Tips

When Jenny McCarthy was pregnant with her son Evan, she tipped the scales at 211 pounds. After giving birth, she credits Weight Watchers with helping her slim down.

One of the tips she learned for weight loss was portion control. She learned to be conscious of what and how much she put in her mouth.

When Evan was diagnosed with autism at age 3, she had to cut out gluten and dairy, which helped her to lose more weight. One of Jenny's tips is to make your own diet rules that adapt around your preferences and lifestyle.

A typical day for Jenny includes eating an egg white omelet for breakfast, fresh fruit and veggies with fish for lunch and dinner, and making sure to always have something to snack on in between meals such as portion-controlled packets of nuts.

Sounds yummy!

These are all great ideas, Jenny! And completely doable for the average person.
