Ugh! This behavior needs to stop NOW!
The British chef and star of Food Revolution shared the unfortunate news on Twitter that his Italian restaurant in Birmingham has been damaged by the angry citizens in revolt, tweeting:
"Sadly my restaurant in Birmingham got smashed up windows all gone whole area closed, cant open, staff and customers all safe."
At least nobody got hurt, but it's sad to see a city get destroyed like this! Jamie certainly isn't happy with his fellow Brit's behavior, writing:
"So sad to see whats happening in UK with these Riots!all gone mad !time to get our country back now we need 2 come down hard on these idiots."
Luckily, the damage must not have been too severe because his most recent tweet suggests they've already made the necessary repairs, posting:
"Birmingham restaurant got fixed up quick, sad for many of the other shop owners especially the small family run businesses in this climatex"
We're happy to hear Jamie's restaurant is okay because we just can't understand how destroying private businesses will help bring about social justice.
