The University of Miami has been conducting an investigation into a report by Yahoo! Sports that Nevin Shapiro, a former Miami booster gave impermissible benefits to 72 of the university's football players.
Shapiro is also in jail right now for masterminding a Ponzi scheme that robbed people of millions of dollars.
Apparently he provided players with things like, "Cars, yacht trips, club outings, sex parties, an abortion…" and so on.
If this is true, it's going to be huge for that school's football program. People are about to get into major trouble for this, for sure.
We'll keep you updated on the progress — until then, check out the video above to have it explained a little clearer!
