In-N-Out Burger Sues Copycat Burger Joint

West coast fast food chain In-N-Out Burger has filed a lawsuit against a Maryland-based burger joint, Grab-N-Go Burger, because their name, logo, and menu are suspiciously similar (just take a look above).
On top of just appearances, Grab-N-Go offers a "Wild Style Burger", which sounds like their carbon copy version of In-N-Out's "secret" Animal-style hamburger.
The Maryland fast food restaurant has at least expanded their menu to include hot dogs and "signature" items like the Texas or Asian Burger, unlike In-N-Out's basic hamburger, cheeseburger, and double cheeseburger options.
While we'd rather have more In-And-Outs scattered across the U.S. than McDonald's, we don't advocate identity theft!
We're slightly astounded by the similarities ourselves and don't get why Grab-N-Go didn't even bother to change their logo's colors!
They were really just begging to be sued! Ha!
