Valerie Bertinelli is on top of the world!
After losing more than 40 pounds on Jenny Craig (and keeping it off!), writing a best-selling memoirs Losing It: And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at a Time and Finding It: And Satisfying my Hunger for Life without Opening the Fridge, releasing a fitness DVD, AND starring on her hit sitcom Hot in Cleveland, it looks like Valerie has set her sights on her next endeavor.
She will be writing a cookbook that will consist of a mix of her family recipes and healthier recipes that have helped her maintain her weight loss. The book will also include tips on portion control and sensible eating.
It will be titled One Dish at a Time (LOL we get it) and will be released sometime in fall 2012. Speaking of the book, Valerie says:
"I want people to know that living a healthy lifestyle doesn't mean giving up the good things. It just means you have to exercise good judgment."
