How Does Megan Fox Keep In Shape??

Megan Fox has a killer body, and even more so now that she realized she was getting a little too thin!
So how does she do it?
Honestly, the old fashioned way — hard work — according to her trainer:
“My workout appeals to Megan because there are no pills or potions. She understands what she is doing and it makes sense- there is a beginning middle and an end. Now we are focusing on taking Megan's body to an even higher level, which reflects exactly who she is.
“We don’t work any upper body muscle groups, so we don’t do chest or bicep exercises. We wanted to work on Megan’s posture because she has a petite physique and so we focused on the back of her body, including the back of the thighs. Megan wants her body to reflect who she is. She looks awesome. She’s natural, softly spoken and her personality shines through her fantastic shape."
For cardio, Megan prefers the stationary bike or a fast walk for her cardio warm up and cool down.
"Megan wants her body to reflect who she is. She looks awesome. She’s natural, softly spoken and her personality shines through her fantastic shape. By spending more time on posture muscles and less on traditional weightlifting exercises (squats, bench press), we are able to dramatically improve her posture and body symmetry.
“Megan’s also lucky because her husband [actor Brian Austin Green] follows the same workout routine. They share the same enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle which is fantastic too. She follows the 5-Factor diet which is to eat five small meals a day which include the five dietry factors including healthy fats, lean protein, fibre and a non-sugar drink. If she needs to snack between meals then she has our 5-Factor chips (crisps) which keeps her satiated between meals."
Sounds easy enough (in theory), though, not everyone has access to these 5-Factor diet foods. We'd like to know other alternatives for sure, especially because we assume they're pretty expensive!
But, the workout itself is still good to know!
Looking great, Megan!
