Nancy Grace's Body Benefits From Dancing With The Stars

Much like Ricki Lake and Kirstie Alley, Dancing With The Stars contestant Nancy Grace is enjoying the healthy side effect dancing has had on her body!

The HLN legal analyst has lost 10 pounds courtesy of the "I'm-too-tired-to-eat diet", explaining:

"I've inadvertently lost 10 lbs. on the I'm-too-tired-to-eat diet. By the time I get the children [3-year-old twins Lucy and John David] ready for school, then practice and then come home, I'm like exhausted."

Even though the schedule is exhausting, Nancy is having fun practicing routines with her partner Tristan MacManus, continuing:

"If you would have told me five to seven hours of dance practice was fun, I would have never believed you, but it is."

Nancy, who survived round one of elimination, says her first goal is to stay in the competition for as long as possible to make her family proud, elaborating:

"Number one, I wanted there to be many, many nights of me dancing onstage for the twins to one day look back and go, 'Look at Mommy,' not 'Mommy got thrown off.'"

After impressing her family, she hopes to set an example for female viewers and explains:

"There are a lot of women out there who are like me – they work all day and take care of their children. And if they are like me, you don't always have the best self image or are in work mode all the time. I would like to send the message to them that they can follow their dream and believe, which is hard sometimes."

We wish Nancy the best as she continues to lose weight and inspire women everywhere to follow their dreams!
