After 10 months of no exercise, Mel B has announced she is finally ready to get back into her grueling fitness routine!
"Just ran 5miles that's 8.8kms on my 7 day training in 10 months after having my baby 4 weeks ago, now come on my peeps let's get the fat off"
Heck yeah, gurl!
Since she's been absent from the gym for so long, her plan is to start slow and steady, sharing on Twitter:
"Only my 7th day of working out in 10 months so taking it easy, building it up bit by bit! (It was a) Lazy workout today, but better than doing nothing!!"
We're happy to hear Mel B is fully recovered from her pregnancy and ready to get back into her signature shape!
She's done it before and she can do it again!
