A FitPerez reader wants to know how to keep her thighs trim — so she asked the right person: Alex Brenes!!
I know it is said that women just naturally gather fat in the thighs (as well as other target areas) but do you know a simple workout or diet plan that would trim the thighs - I would be very grateful.
Here's Alex's response:
Don't be mad at men, we didn't make it that way. In general, leg, butt, abs, and arms are problem areas, especially for women. Anybody should be careful by targeting a specific area to workout, if you don't doit right it could cause unwanted results, for example bigger, muscular thighs. Running or jogging for extended periods of time will turn unwanted fat into muscle, again muscle is heavier than fat. As far as dieting goes, just eat healthy, from all the food groups and try to stay away from processed foods. Good luck and see you at the gym.
