Nancy Grace has lost a total of 16 pounds so far since she began training for Dancing With The Stars.
She calls the weight loss "a great side effect" of the competition, explaining:
"This has been a great side effect to dancing, so I'm happy… I'm feeling good, but I just think women should love their bodies like they are."
Absolutely! Don't go into the gym (or dance studio) with unrealistic expectations of becoming a Barbie doll look-a-like, but there is nothing wrong starting a healthy exercise regimen!
16 pounds is a nice chunk of weight to lose, but there are still a few weeks left in the competition. If Nancy goes all the way to the finals, that number could definitely go up!
