Do you wanna know the diet they use on DWTS??
Apparently the contestants swear by it! A lot of them even use the show as a weight-loss motivator, and cite Kirstie Alley's weight loss as one of the reasons they even joined up. So what is it? What's all the excitement about?
For one, it's the crazy hard dance rehearsals. It's keeping these people active active active, but we all know that isn't enough. There needs to be some sort of diet to go along with it, to make sure they have the energy and stamina to work out AND lose weight.

Well, that's great and all — for people who are funded by a television show and aren't really hurting for money otherwise too. That shizz can be expensive. So until we hear the KINDS of things they're eating, and how much, we'll just say, "Oh, that's nice for you TV personalities," and move on to trying to figure out how to do it within reason!
