Weight loss is such a struggle, even for celebs!
Unfortunately for Kirstie Alley, it's lookin' like she's gaining weight again! All that hard work!
Here's what's been happening according to a source:
“Kirstie’s been putting weight back on since August by indulging in her usual favorites – take-out Chinese or burgers and fries. But setting foot on French soil seemed to give her the freedom to let loose. She put on 25 pounds in a matter of 9 weeks. She’d have acreme brulee or chocolate croissant as an eye-opener, and then head on to a huge breakfast that included more pastries and cheeses. Kirstie always ordered lunch dripping in a rich sauce, and ended the meal with a buttery dessert. And like the French, she had wonderful wines with every meal. There were days when she’d consume more than 4,500 calories!”
Not good, gurl! You lost those 50 pounds and were SO proud!!
Vacations are always about slightly over-indulging, but it isn't a free pass to lose all the ground you've gained! We were so inspired by your loss and this is just a huge letdown to us!!
But, people will do what they want to do, we guess!
