And it went down just like everyone thought it would.

And the plot thickens.
Penn State and State College police officials are now saying that assistant coach Mike McQueary, one of the most important witnesses in the Jerry Sandusky sex scandal, NEVER filed a report!
"I did stop it, not physically … but made sure it was stopped when I left that locker room … I did have discussions with police and with the official at the university in charge of police …. no one can imagine my thoughts or wants to be in my shoes for those 30-45 seconds … trust me."
Both campus and town police have found no record of a report from the key witness, but legal experts have pointed out that a conversation with a police officer does not guarantee a written report, as one explained:
"Sometimes a tip is given to a sex crimes detective, notes are taken, the witness account is investigated but a report isn't generated, especially if it is determined that no crime occurred. Since we don't know the circumstances surrounding McQueary's alleged conversations with police, it is impossible to determine what happened. We also don't know what the protocol is at the campus police department and the city police department."
The 23-page grand jury record revealed to the world that McQueary told head coach Joe Paterno about what he had seen in the PSU football locker room, who then alerted athletic director Tim Curley.
Either way, it sounds like the report never made it to the proper authorities or perhaps it was the authorities that did not handle the allegations properly!
