Are you constantly in a state of stress? Do you worry a lot and no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to relax? Stress and anxiety robs our body of nutrients needed to help us stay healthy and happy. If you are in a constant state of anxiety, make sure you are not skipping meals. Eat plenty of leafy green veggies, fresh fruits, brown rice, and raw nuts.
Stay hydrated during the day by drinking plenty of water. One of the signs of dehydration is anxiety, so it is important to keep your fluids up. Avoid processed and refined foods full of sugar. Limit your consumption of alcohol and caffeinated beverages. Sip on a cup of chamomile tea to help calm your nerves, especially at night to help you sleep.
